I was given a website host discount from darkstarllc.com (a ventrilo hosting company) who recently began partnering with this garbage host. Because of their user error I've had months of data lost. My site has been experiencing intermitent up time, I have to submit a ticket at least once a month to inform them its down and they need to reboot the thing. I will be changing hosts in the near future.
